What first got you into fitness as a lifestyle and career?

Having played basketball my entire life, I knew that fitness would always be a huge part of who I was. When my basketball career eventually came to an end I felt a huge void in my life while I was working in the corporate environment. Fitness was still a huge part of my lifestyle, but I decided that I wanted to make it a career because of the joy and satisfaction that I received in working with others on living a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

What does the word "Sanctuary" mean to you?

To me, Sanctuary is the place where I go to escape from the rest of the world. It is where I can slow my mind down and not focus on the stresses that life may bring but focus on strengthening my mind, body and soul. To me, Sanctuary is a place that I can call home.
