Our HIIT style classes are a blend of both strength and cardio training. Every class is guided by a professional personal trainer and you will be sweating it out with a group of supportive classmates from all levels of fitness, beginner to advanced. Our trainers goal is to challenge you physically, but also to connect with you mentally and spiritually to help you break boundaries and reach your goals.
