Rachel has been a trainer  fitness industry for almost 10 years , she  believes in helping others to create a lifestyle that is realistic and sustainable. Her  mission is to generate changes in peoples’ lives that help others to enhance their inner confidence, while creating a deeper level of happiness and satisfaction within themselves. Rachel  will push you to your limit, you will find new strengths in each class she teaches!

What first got you into fitness as a lifestyle and career?

I cheered in high school so I have always been a bit energetic, I love to workout and the way it makes me feel. I want others to feel good too so I became a trainer and instructor! I love for health and well being.

What is one of your favorite fitness moments so far in life?

My first bikini competition.... I took first place.

What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?

Fav- for sure.... dead lift
I hate tricep dips.... cus... ouch
