Do you have a favorite movie or actor/actress?
I'm not as big into movies as I am into series. I love Stranger Things (who doesn't), Narcos, and Bloodline to name a few.
You are stuck in LA traffic - what music are you playing to pass the time?
My music taste is so eclectic and dependent on my mood, but if I were in traffic, I might go with the Spotify radio for "Bad and Boujee".
What first got you into fitness as a lifestyle and career?
Almost 15 years ago, I took my first yoga class and fell in love with the practice and pursued becoming a certified yoga instructor. After teaching yoga, I was expose to other types of fitness classes and cycling just came naturally for me since I have a music background.
What is one of your favorite fitness moments so far in life?
Most of my closest friends came from sharing a common interest - fitness. I am so thankful to have these wonderful friends in my life all because of fitness.
What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
Favorite exercise is squats, and my least favorite is anything abs.
What is one of your favorite inspirational quotes?
"Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you."
What does the word "Sanctuary" mean to you?
"Sanctuary", to me, is a safe place where you can be yourself and feel supported by the people around you in an encouraging and non-judgmental environment.
