The Lab in DTLA offers a variety of different classes - sometimes on a rotating basis - in a variety of different disciplines. See below for our current offerings:
Sanctuary is collaborating with former Pro Boxer and current celebrity fitness trainer David Ball to offer you a boxing program unlike any other in LA – B.A.M. Boxing. This 4 week, 8 class program will teach you the safe and proper boxing basics related to: Hand Wraps, Gloves, Warmups, Punch Form + Technique, Footwork, and Defense Techniques. You will be in a set cohort of your peers from class #1 all the way through class #8. Upon completion of this program, you will have moved beyond beginner status to an advanced technique status capable of delivering an array of boxing combinations involving various punches, defense maneuvers, and counterpunches.
Get Body’d by Sabrina
These 45 minute classes are all about Booty Gains and Self Confidence Gains in this closed cohort based program. Over the course of 6 weeks and 12 classes, Sabrina is going to build up your booty, tone up those legs, and teach you to be sexy and strong both inside and out. No matter your shape, you are sexy and Sabrina is going to teach you how to bring it in each and every class. You will leave each class with sweaty clothes, sore glutes, some newfound ways to shake it, and definitely be feeling yourself.
Mix Tape + Hip Hop Yoga
This class takes you through a dynamic flow of mindful movements that will transform, strengthen + stretch, and restore your body from the inside-out all set to a carefully curated soundtrack of hip-hop, trap, r&b, & throwbacks. Good for all levels of yoga knowledge.
Our new Shadow Boxing classes are a Cardio H.I.I.T. focused format geared toward strengthening and toning your abs, shoulders and legs and getting your heart rate up to burn those calories! You’ll also learn basic boxing stance and punch technique without the impact of hitting a heavy bag like a traditional boxing class. No gloves needed, but come ready to sweat!
Cardio Yoga Switch
In our signature Cardio Switch/Ab & Booty Burn class, Allyzon will get your heart pumping by combining low-impact, high-output cardio intervals on the Assault Bike, with form focused core and booty strengthening on the mat. Utilizing hand weights, resistance bands, and Allyzon’s killer playlist, you’ll conclude with an (optional) 10 minutes of all levels mini-yoga stretch. We guarantee you’ll leave feeling sweaty, fit and inspired.
