The Lab in DTLA offers a variety of different classes - sometimes on a rotating basis - in a variety of different disciplines. See below for our current offerings:
In our signature boxing class, you will hit the Aqua Bags, react to the double end bag, and sprint on the assault bike. Expect to be sweaty, out of breath, and smiling the entire time as you focus on your technique, rhythm, and the Combo of the Day, multiple rounds of punches, ab work, and body-weight exercises will torch calories and push you past your limits. Our boxing room is your safe space to let out a little aggression, de-stress, and refresh your mind by challenging your body. This is the Boxing 45 experience at Sanctuary Fitness.
*All participants must purchase wraps for $15 (one-time fee). Gloves available for rental ($10) or bring your own. MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MIN EARLY TO CLASS IN ORDER TO PUT ON GLOVES ETC.
Mix Tape + Hip Hop Yoga
This class takes you through a dynamic flow of mindful movements that will transform, strengthen + stretch, and restore your body from the inside-out all set to a carefully curated soundtrack of hip-hop, trap, r&b, & throwbacks. Good for all levels of yoga knowledge.
Sanctuary Yoga flow
Sanctuary Yoga Flow is an all-levels 45 minute yoga flow class that will help improves core strength and balance, support muscle recovery and enhance mental focus. Beginners and advanced yogis welcome.
Sanctuary Cardio + Yoga
Combining the best workouts in a 45 minute class. You will experience Cardio HIIT where you’ll switch between Assault bikes and then hit the mats with hand weights & resistance bands. The second half of class focuses on yoga for athletes. Get your heart rate up and continue the burn all day - then help your body recover with a routine of yoga stretches. Leave feeling fit and inspired..
