We got our start in 2017 in Downtown LA’s Arts District, and have since expanded into Pasadena and Koreatown. Our mission is to create a supportive community where anyone can find “Peace Through Perspiration.” We welcome all fitness levels with open arms and invest in every member’s unique journey. Our approachable yet challenging HIIT classes are designed to drive consistent progress, not plateaus. Everything we do at Sanctuary Fitness is rooted in balance. Kaizen

This Japanese term means “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.” It’s the small, simple changes that add up over time to drive powerful transformations in the long run. When you adopt the mindset of continuous improvement, you open yourself to unlimited growth.
