Monday

Foundation

Start the week off strong with a workout that gets your heart pumping and fires up your foundation — your core! A strong core provides a stable base for better posture, balance, and stability.

Tuesday

Anchor

Everything needs some sort of anchor, and for humans, it’s our lower body. This workout torches large muscles like your glutes, quads, and hamstrings so you can dominate any trail or dance floor. 

Wednesday

Push

Build the muscles designed for driving force throughout your upper and lower body. Whether you’re pushing heavy doors, furniture, or carts, the explosive training we do in the studio makes these daily activities easier. 

Thursday

Pull

This counterpart to our Push workout develops the reaching muscles in your upper and lower body to strike the right full-body balance. Pull workouts also target some of your largest muscles to support proper posture.

Friday

Charge

There’s no better way to get ready for the weekend. Charge workouts are fast, fun, and fierce with a focus on athletic, full-body conditioning moves that unleash your inner power.

Saturday

Fuse

It’s all in the name here — we take top movements from the week and bring them together for an all-in-one workout. It’s a chance to master moves you’ve already seen while leveling up your full-body strength.

Unite

We tap into our full potential when we chase strength together. Unite classes bring the best of partner workouts for an extra dose of motivation and inspiration. It’s a full-body sweat session with a built-in support system.
