Our group HIIT strength classes feature unique programming that engage the entire body and will have you pushing harder than you ever thought you could. Every day is a different workout so we always keep you guessing and progressing.
In this one of a kind boxing class be ready to hit our Aqua Bags, react to the double end bag, and sprint on the assault bike. You will be sweaty, out of breath, and have a smile the entire time as we focus on technique learning the combo of the day, putting together accuracy and bodyweight exercises to torch calories.
Our yoga classes will help you find the balance in your body, mind, and soul. We focus on strength and flexibility, both mentally and physically, before guiding you through a finishing state of relaxation and meditation.
